Appreciating each individual
LMB Kunststofftechnik started with the closure of the Olympia plants in Leer. Wilhelm Buse, then master craftsman at Olympia and founder of Logaer Maschinenbau, took over parts of the toolmaking shop, two injection molding machines and some employees and worked off external customer orders. This resulted in further orders and new customer relationships.
Move to the new building at Buschfenne 3 in Leer. Here is enough space for the grown production with now ten injection molding machines, the tool shop and the training workshop.
20th anniversary of the company. In the meantime, LMB Kunststofftechnik produces with 50 employees on 18 injection molding machines.
Expansion of the material warehouse
25th anniversary of the company. LMB Kunststofftechnik is successfully established on the market.
Maren Schön, daughter of Wilhelm Buse, joins the management of LMB Kunststofftechnik on January 01.
LMB Kunststofftechnik needs space. Logistics moves into the new hall. Now 1,000 m² of storage space are available.
Managing Director Reinold Schön retires.
Expansion of production capacities. A new production hall is built for six new injection molding machines. In addition, the first Kuka robot is put into operation.
Since June 3, Rudolf Ohnacker strengthens the management of LMB Kunststofftechnik.
With the new 9000 kn machine, products weighing up to 3,000g can now be manufactured.
Through internal restructuring and an intensive internal training program, LMB Kunststofftechnik is making itself fit for the future.
