Our sales department is the first point of contact for our customers for already existing items.

As the department responsible for the internal handling of customer orders, our sales team guide you from order to delivery in the required quantities and not only monitor the delivery deadlines for your items, but also respond to your individual requirements.

Whether this involves adjusting batch sizes, changing packaging or short-term supply needs: The sales team works hand in hand with the other departments in our business, ensuring short communication lines and quick responses to every question.

We guarantee a seamless transition from your project’s introduction phase right up to series delivery through close cooperation with our internal project management.

Construction

We make your ideas come true

Our experienced staff create the basis for implementing your requirements in our construction department.

We develop the right injection-moulding tool for your product, taking into account your design plans. We find solutions for your inquiries – for example, creative devices for assembling components and gauges for use in your production monitoring. We are always happy to assist with product development itself, advising you on optimising item geometry and the selection of the appropriate material.

Our fast response times, even with extensive change requests, distinguish us from our competitors.

We use modern CAD software, such as Catia V5 and SolidWorks.

Quality is the top priority at LMB Kunststofftechnik, and the way to achieve it is the common task of all our employees. Quality is not an area, a department or a function, but an idea that involves everyone. This attitude alone seems appropriate to us.

We follow the zero-error principle, because this is the only way we can meet our own high demands. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
Through continuous training of all employees, an open, positive error culture and a constant, critical view of our processes, we achieve a continuous improvement of our performance.
We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and use the specifications of the VDA and IATF 16949 as supplementary guidelines.

The highest goal of our quality policy is the satisfaction of our customers.

In the form of SMART quality targets, we want to avoid possible errors in all areas and consistently eliminate discovered sources of error. The achievement of the quality targets is carried out by us in teamwork. They are agreed upon and checked by us at regular intervals.

Tooling

Expertise and Precision

A plastic part is only as good as the tool used to manufacture it.

We approach high quality tooling in a cost-conscious way. Our staff are experts, and we draw on their knowledge.

Our experience includes the manufacture of injection-moulding tools for the prototype, trial, pre-series and series manufacture from a wide variety of tool steels and special alloys, such as MoldMax and HTCS.

We are extremely flexible in our tool making. Adjustments and alterations can be done at any time. Through standardized work processes and our eye for detail, we guarantee a firmly defined tool quality.

We are happy to support you in maintenance and repair work on your tools and to assist you in word and deed with individual wishes.

LMB Kunststofftechnik has successfully manufactured precise testing and measurement devices from a wide spectrum of materials for its own quality control and for our customers.

As partner to the automotive industry in the development and manufacture of reliable auxiliary and assembly devices over many years, our know-how is reflected in many current vehicle models.

Services

3D - Printing

If you are planning to build a new series tool, visual models or design samples of your planned products or components are a great help. 3D printed prototypes are also worthwhile if changes are to be made to existing tools.

We produce prototypes for you using the proven SLA printing process. Samples of up to 200 x 200 x 250 mm can be supplied quickly and cost-effectively. Larger parts can be manufactured in a kit process after consultation.

The finished parts impress with their precise and detailed reproduction and dimensional accuracy.

Moldflow-Analyse

Filling studies support you in the creation of your injection mold and the associated component. They ensure comprehensive process optimization.

Metalworking

Milling, turning, drilling , surface grinding and erosion

We do milling, turning, drilling and eroding work for you in contract work with the following travels:

Eroding: 300x250x250mm
Milling: 1000x500x600mm
turning: Ø 260mm, center width 1500mm
drilling: Ø max. 35mm in steel and 1500mm deep

Cleaning of pipe and heat exchange systems

LMB Kunststofftechnik has a pipe and heat exchanger cleaning system for cleaning, descaling and derusting of internal piping systems, such as mold cooling systems.

This does not require any time-consuming dismantling of the injection mold. The cooling system is cleaned on the basis of recirculating flushing, even in the case of complicated pipe geometries.

We would be pleased to provide this service for your molds.

Assembling

We make everything possible!

Our assembling department completes assembling parts, which were produced at LMB Kunststofftechnik, to a finished product. Here, individual parts are assembled or supplemented by purchased parts. Whether pressing in sleeves, applying adhesive pads or assembling precisely fitting metal sheets in tank components – all this is possible in our assembling department. We also offer various welding processes – laser, ultrasonic and mirror welding. If a process is not in our repertoire, we will search for a solution together with you.

We would also be pleased to assemble your articles on a contract basis.

Logistics

The right place at the right time!

LMB Kunststofftechnik has a large number of different raw materials, semi-finished parts and finished parts ready for you in order to be prepared for all eventualities, no matter how short-term they may be, and to provide you with the required articles promptly.

For this we use a sophisticated, computer-controlled logistics with connection to our ERP system.

As a long-standing supplier to the automotive industry, we are experts in "just in time" matters. Very fast reaction times and extensive logistics processing such as EDI, WEB-EDI and barcode labels are, of course, part of our business.

We respond flexibly to all the requirements of our customers with regard to delivery modalities such as order or kanban delivery.

With the transport know-how we have acquired over the years, we are able to deliver your goods on time with our own vehicle fleet and together with our partners in the transport industry throughout Germany, Europe and also worldwide (including customs clearance) to your desired destinations.
